Delivery
We provide reliable, transparent shipping across mainland UK all from our base in Somerset. Because we are an independent fabricator, we manage our logistics to ensure your products arrive in peak condition.
We aim to keep our delivery times accurate although these can differ depending on availability and location. Because of this, we strongly advise to not book any work or contractors until the goods have arrived on site. Delays can happen, and we are unable to be held liable or responsible for any costs relating to a delay.

- Delivery costs may increase due to sudden economic factors.
- Insulated panel orders are not included in the free delivery bracket.
- All delivery dates are estimates. Lead times may be impacted by material shortages or supply chain disruptions beyond our control, as outlined in Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
Delivery locations
We deliver to mainland UK – England, Wales and the majority of Scotland.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to:
- Scottish Isles & Highlands
- Republic of Ireland
- Northern Ireland
Accepting your delivery
Please check your goods before signing for them, and if any part of your delivery is damaged or fault please take a photo and contact us immediately on 01278 557 002 or emailing service@colourcladprofiles.com.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays).
- Our deliveries are made kerbside and will be offloaded to the nearest accessible point.
Restricted access
You must inform us prior to delivery of any restricted access which may prevent a large vehicle from making a delivery. Failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and a redelivery charge. We consider restricted access to be width restricted/ country roads, steep hills, low bridges, narrow lanes or red routes/ no stopping lines.
