Our insulated panels, including our own brand ThermoBase™ provide superior thermal performance that match seamlessly with a box profile finish. Featuring a high-performance PIR core and a bright white steel internal liner, these panels are the go to solution for temperature controlled workshops, agricultural builds and are even light enough to use for DIY projects.

High-Performance PIR Core: Our insulated panels utilise high-density PIR (Polyisocyanurate), the same industry-standard technology used by leading manufacturers such as Kingspan and Celotex.

What is Anti-Con? | Dripstop™ Anti-Condensation Technology

Anti-Con is an effective solution to combat the effects of water condensation on the underside of your roof cladding which if left unchecked can damage machinery, spoil livestock bedding and ruin stored goods.

We apply the Anti-Con Dripstop™ lining during the manufacturing process, rolling it along with the steel through our profiling mill, applying it to the reverse of the roof sheet. We leave the overlaps free of Anti-Con, so water doesn’t get drawn into the laps.

It’s recommended to use Anti-Con wherever condensation should be kept under control, or in areas of high humidity such as:

Chill Rooms
Food Storage
Workshops
Equestrian & Agricultural Buildings
Garden Sheds & Summer Houses
Garages
Grain Stores

How it works

As a condensation control membrane fleece, Anti-Con Dripstop™ absorbs the condensation and prevents it from dripping down. For it to work effectively, we recommend the ridge and eaves be left open without the use of foam fillers for ventilation, allowing the membrane to dry between cycles.

We recommend a minimum roof pitch of 10° when using Anti-Con, so if you have a roof pitch below this, please get in touch with our team on 01278 557 002 or email info@colourcladprofiles.com.

When used in livestock buildings, the humidity generated is much higher than normal which is why we recommend the use of Anti-Con in these situations. The table below shows area requirement per animal to keep the humidity levels under 80gm/m²/ hour.
