ThermoBase™ 40 is our latest 40mm PUR core roof panel, with a 3-rib trapezoidal profile and superior thermal resistance.

Designed for agricutural, industrial, commercial and DIY roofing applications, the ThermoBase™40 is built with a high-density polyurethane (PUR) insulation core, and steel-faced outer and inner sheets that delivers both strength and thermal efficiency. Supplied with no cutbacks allowing for a simplified and flexible fitting, the ThermoBase™40 is ideal for tight flashing details or where custom overlaps are preferred.

Disclaimer
This product uses a rigid polyurethane (PUR) insulation core. Whilst it is a high performance thermal insulator, it is not non-combustible. Please ensure suitability for your building class and specified fire regulations before installation.
