ThermoBase™ 40 – 40mm PUR Insulated Roof Panel (3-Rib)

Now in stock at Colour Clad: ThermoBase™ 40 is our latest-generation 40mm PUR core roof panel with 3-rib trapezoidal profile and superior thermal resistance, designed for agricultural, industrial, commercial and DIY roofing applications across the UK.

Built with a high-density polyurethane (PUR) 35kg/m3 insulation core and steel-faced outer and inner sheets (0.50 mm / 0.40 mm), the ThermoBase™ 40 delivers both strength and thermal efficiency. This panel is supplied with no cutback for simplified and flexible fitting, making it ideal for tight flashing details or where custom overlaps are preferred.
