Description

Our 30mm PIR Insulated Roof panel offer a lightweight, energy efficient roof solution for domestic, agriculture and commercial applications.

These composite panels are FM Approved and combine a premium polyester coated-steel outer sheet available in Anthracite Grey, Goosewing Grey and Juniper Green. They deliver excellent thermal insulation and allow for a fast, professional installation.

Features

– 30mm FM Approved PIR Core: Outstanding thermal efficiency with minimal weight – ideal for helping achieve targeted U-values with limited space.
– Polyester Top Coated Sheet (0.5mm): Weather-resistant, corrosion-protected steel top layer with a modern colour finish that’s film-laminated to prevent scratches during shipping.
– 75mm Factory Cutback: Ensures proper overlap and weathertight sealing at ridge or eave transitions.
– 1m Effective Cover Width: This means fewer sheets are needed, are faster to install, and give better thermal continuity with each joint sealed at the lap.
– Lightweight Composite: Approximately 7.5kg/m² – easy to handle and quick to install for both trade and DIY.
– Multi-Use Applications: Used for pitched roofing (minimum 4° after deflection), vertical/horizontal wall cladding, lean-tos, barns, garden rooms, and more.
