Versatile Connection Systems

Our Z Purlins can be configured to meet your specific structural load requirements using two primary methods:

Sleeved System: Optimised for buildings with three or more bays. The sleeve sits on the cleat to connect two Z Purlins, significantly increasing the strength and rigidity of the structure.
Butted System: Best for smaller spans, lighter loadings, or instances where space is restricted, such as fitting within the web of a rafter.

Essential Purlin & Side Rail Accessories

To ensure your structural framework remains level and resists twisting or wind suction, we manufacture a full suite of matching galvanised accessories:
Sag Bars & Apex Ties: Prevents purlin rotation mid-bay and holds the top roof sections in perfect alignment.
Side Rail Supports: Vertical bars that add stability to wall cladding, protecting against wind pressure and suction loads.
Diagonal Wire Ties: Used in horizontal side rail applications to maintain level sections across various bay sizes (Mid, Split, or Part Bay).
Eaves Beams & Ties: Critical components that bridge the eaves beam to the first Z Purlin, reinforcing the roof pitch transition.
